SUGGESTED USE:
Adults take four (4) capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take three capsules in the morning and three capsules in the evening, one hour before bedtime. Take with 8 ounces of fresh water or as directed by your doctor. For stronger support and with your doctors permission, increase to a total of 7-8 capsules per days. May be taken with a healthy snack.
