CREDIT CARD REFUNDS: We can provide a credit card refund for items returned within 14 days of your receipt of the package as long as they are in excellent condition. All returns MUST be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
STORE CREDITS: Returns between 15 and 30 days will receive a store credit. All returns MUST be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
RETURNS AFTER THIRTY DAYS: We cannot provide refunds or credits for items kept beyond thirty days. If you have any questions about this policy or your return, please feel free to contact our office.
SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE!
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE
1. All Food Items: We cannot accept the return of any food items.
2. Items with broken security seals: Supplements, audiotapes, CD's, DVD's and Videotapes, can only be returned if the security seal is intact. It must be unopened.
3. Chair Cushions With Broken Protective Covers: Chair cushions are shipped with an outside, protective plastic cover. This plastic cover must be kept on while you test the cushion to see if you like it. If there is air in the bag, you can use a small pin to poke a hole in the cover to let the air out, preferably at a seam in the plastic. If you remove the cushion from the plastic protective cover, we cannot accept it as a return. You also cannot return cushions with the security seal taped closed. Yes, several of you have tried! If you open it, you KEEP it!
DAMAGED GOODS
While packages leave our warehouse intact, they may occasionally be damaged in shipment. Boxes have been crushed and/or bottles broken "in transit." If a shipment arrives damaged, please contact us by email so that we can learn more about this and, if the situation warrants, provide a credit or resend you the damaged items. We certainly do not expect anyone to keep a product damaged in shipment. Please retain the original packaging so that we can see the damage.
HEAT DAMAGE
During the summer months and in hot areas, some candy and/or supplements can melt if kept in a hot mail box or left on a porch. (Melted supplements melt together into a lump. They should not be consumed if they have melted.) Heat exposure is beyond our control. To help prevent problems, candy and supplements may be shipped with a cold pack and/or signature requirement so that it can't be left in a hot mail box. However, some postal carriers are instructed to leave packages in postal boxes, on porches, etc. Please discuss this with your postal carrier and plan ahead for this shipment. If you are going on vacation and your package is left in a hot box, it will be melted and we can't refund it for you. If you live in a hot state, such as Arizona, we suggest that you order enough products in the Spring so that you can avoid risky shipments during the hottest weather of Summer. We will be happy to discuss this with you on a case by case basis!
SUPPLEMENTS
It is impossible to determine if a supplement will or won't work for you. We suggest that you only purchase one bottle so that you and your doctor can determine if it is appropriate for you. Please ask your doctor about dosages appropriate for you. If you experience a strong reaction, please stop the supplement immediately and discuss this with your doctor. Supplement manufacturers also have resource desks where you can ask questions about their supplement and any known side effects.

International Orders: Because customs varies so greatly between countries, it is impossible for our staff to keep up with the changes. Thus, it is the responsibility of the customer in that country to determine if their customs service will accept the items you have ordered. If a perishable item (i.e. supplements, foods) is returned by your national customs service, we will not issue a refund. Books and cushions that are in good condition will be refunded. Please see our shipping page for more information on this.
Customs Fees: The IC Network does not include customs fees in our orders. If your country assesses a customs charge, you will be responsible for paying that fee before you can pick up your item.
