IF YOU DO NOT GET A WELCOME EMAIL IN A FEW MINUTES, PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE EMAIL ADDRESS IN YOUR CUSTOMER PROFILE IS CORRECT. YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS MUST BE ENTERED CORRECTLY OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER OR USER PROFILE VERIFICATIONS. We use e-mail for communication
purposes and are seeing some emails being entered incorrectly and
bounced back to us (without the "@", misspelled, .com instead of .org,
etc..)
- It is essential to
provide a valid e-mail address to be able to use our notification services (this is how we let you know that your Angel subscription discount is valid, notify you when your order is shipped and provide a tracking number for the shipment). Using a company or educational institution email address is almost guaranteed to not be delivered because the orders are sent in HTML and seem to be getting spammed out. As an extra precaution add our email address, orders@icnshop.com, to your favorites list.

- Your password must be different from your username. We recommend using passwords of 6 or more alphanumeric characters. Passwords created from words commonly found in dictionaries are easily broken. Be creative - use numbers and letters - throw in an uppercase letter too!
