We found Colorado Mountain Jams at the January 2009 Fancy Food Show and they blew our socks off! This ORGANIC Apple Pie Jam has no acid added and uses low acid pectin... and the flavor is wonderful.. very much like the apple pies that grandmothers used to make. It's full of chunky bits of crisp, fresh apples picked at the peak of ripeness from their own orchard. Fragrant cinnamon and clove enhance this tasty jam. NO ADDED ACIDS!

Use as a spread on breads, French toast, waffles, pancakes, and scones; mix into cottage cheese, yogurt, and smoothies; serve as a condiment with meats; use as a filling in crepes, dumplings, and croissants; wonderful as a cheesecake and dessert topping; and the combination of this jam with ice cream is the classic apple pie a la mode!
