The Interstitial Cystitis Network produces a wide variety of written materials for both patients and medical care providers. From our IC Optimist quarterly patient information magazine to our ICN Special Reports, we hope that these will help you better understand IC and how to manage it on a daily basis. One special point of pride for us is the publication My Mom Has IC: A Painful Bladder Story, which provides a funny, light hearted way for parents to explain IC to their children.
