(1) ICN Editorial - Holiday Survival Tips - From creating new family traditions to knowing when to say "no", here are excellent survival tips to make your holidays less stressful from ICN Founder Jill Osborne.

(2) IC in Older Adults - In our continuing series of articles on the needs of special groups of patients, our feature story covers the challenges that older patients (i.e. those over 50+) face when struggling with interstitial cystitis. From obtaining a correct diagnosis to selecting appropriate treatments, seniors with IC face very unique obstacles. ICN Write Stacey Shannon has written her third article in this series (children and men were in past isues) that will help each one of us provide support and encouragement to our seniors with IC/PBS.

(3) Vitamins, Supplements and the IC Diet Are vitamins safe to take with IC? How about supplements?? Registered dietitian Julie Beyer, author of Confident Choices: Customizing the IC Diet, appeared in the ICN "Meet the IC Expert" Guest Lecture series discussing vitamin use. She also provided several menu suggestions and answered many questions on the IC Diet from the audience.
