Herbal teas can be tricky when you have a sensitive bladder, prostate or stomach. Many of the more common herbal tea blends have ingredients, such as rose hips, that are acidic and thus irritating. Look for plain herbal teas, such as chamomile or peppermint. Green teas, of course, are very VERY irritating to most IC bladders due to their high caffeine and/or acid levels. But you may enjoy the roasted carob herbal teas which are rich, sweet brown teas that work great hot or iced.
