Just imagine a group of IC patients sitting around a table asking 'what can help IC patients maintain their sexual identity and relationships?' It's a great question and we had a rip roaring discussion of suggestions, techniques and options. Certainly, there are moments when IC can interfere with sex but there are some products that can help.

Did you know that a vibrator can help relax the pelvic floor muscles?? Dr. Chris Jayne suggested this in his May 2006 Lecture for the 2006 IC & PBS On-Line Conference When Sex Hurts:Intimacy and Interstitial Cystitis.
