Some may be able to consume a small portion of a specific food yet others may not be able to tolerate a single bite. Ultimately, it's up to you to determine which foods irritate your bladder perhaps through an elimination diet and/or the guidance of books such as A Taste of the Good Life: A Cookbook for an Interstitial Cystitis Diet and Confident Choices: Customizing the Interstitial Cystitis Diet.
