We've searched high and low for some bladder friendly fruit juices and finally found some which we think are worth trying. Just remember that all bladders are different. If you're in a flare, it's probably not a good idea to have any strong juices. We suggest that you try just a small amount first... or, at the very least, try diluting it. Good luck! - Jill O.
