Desert Harvest Quercetin with aloe

Because IC/PBS patients tend to avoid many of the foods that contain quercetin (because of their high acid levels), they should supplement their diet with this healthy portion of those fruits and vegetables that is less likely to cause urinary or stomach distress. Quercetin has been shown to inhibit the release of histamine and other immune mediators, so it is widely used by allergy sufferers. You will find quercetin (among other ingredients) in Cysta-Q (a brand of Farr Laboratories) and in CystoProtek (a brand from Algonot), both studied in the treatment of IC/PBS with successful results.
